Rumors out of Green Bay today are that Brett Favre has been contacting team officials to discuss possibly coming back (something he denies and brushes off as a rumor). We here at SMcS urge Farvr to drift back off into retirement. We are not really yearinng to see him in ANOTHER press conference in early 2009 crying and blubbering. We’ve seen it twice, and frankly we won’t be buying what he is selling a third time. First off, Farve had a great swan song season. Secondly, another season limping through 16 plus games only serves to waste another year of Aaron Rodgers experience. Let it go, Brett.
